CCR Bertha Justice Fellow Noor Zafar will join a panel to address the Muslim Ban as well as surveillance, profiling, travel restrictions, registries, and more practices that existed long before Trump arrived on the political scene. Noor will discuss the NSEERS program, how Trump's travel regulations build on such programs, and where we at CCR anticipate the current administration will go with respect to its policies of categorizing and detaining enemy combatants.
