CCR Senior Staff Attorney Katherine Gallagher will join other experts in a discussion co-organized by the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), Armanshahr/Open Asia, and the Research Centre of Leiden University College The Hague (LUC). Speakers will discuss the alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Afghanistan after May 1, 2003, and previous efforts to hold those responsible to account. For victims of wartime violence and the Afghan people more broadly, what are the prospects for accountability and justice?
